My TEAMOSA is flashing 100The flashing sign 100 is to remind you to clean the machine. You will be able to remove the warming by pressing 5 seconds of the rinsing tea button. Once you hold it for 5 seconds, the system will resume to the previous setting. We suggest adding some sodium citrate in the brewing chamber and using the program of highest temperature and longest time to brew 2-3 times to clean the machine.

How much loose leaves per cup to use?Depends your own taste, you could use the strainer as the indicator. Cover the center area of the stainless steel strainer will be a good start to brew a cup of tea.
