  • My TEAMOSA has damaged, missing, expired, or incorrect items. What should I do?
    If you find something is missing, damaged, or incorrect in your order, please email oolong@teamosa.com as soon as possible. We are committed to providing you with a perfect experience every time and will be happy to make the necessary adjustments.
  • My TEAMOSA is flashing 100
    The flashing sign 100 is to remind you to clean the machine. You will be able to remove the warming by pressing 5 seconds of the rinsing tea button. Once you hold it for 5 seconds, the system will resume to the previous setting. We suggest adding some sodium citrate in the brewing chamber and using the program of highest temperature and longest time to brew 2-3 times to clean the machine.
  • How much loose leaves per cup to use?
    Depends your own taste, you could use the strainer as the indicator. Cover the center area of the stainless steel strainer will be a good start to brew a cup of tea.
  • My TEAMOSA shows E22 on the screen
    Contact dealer or TEAMOSA customer service when E22 appears in the display.
  • My TEAMOSA shows E31 on the screen
    Contact dealer or TEAMOSA customer service when E31 appears in the display.
