This tea is selected from Lishan tea area, a high-mountain tea production area in central Taiwan. The average altitude of Lishan tea area is 2,000 meters. The bitter components such as catechins are reduced, while the content of sweet components such as theanine and soluble nitrogen is increased. The soil mineral content in Lishan tea area is rich, which produces rich aroma and taste. The tea is delicious, sweet and smooth, with elegant aroma Long-lasting, it is a rare good tea. Due to its excellent quality, Lishan high mountain tea has long been synonymous with Taiwan high mountain tea.

OOLONG TEA

Produced at the Yushan Mountain and drawn from the water source of the forest reserve, the average sunshine is short and the temperature difference between day and night is large, which is an excellent environment for growing tea trees. The unroasted fragrance completely retains the original taste of Gaoshan Oolong, and the tea soup is clear and sweet, rich in the coldness of Gaoshan. The light and elegant cedar aroma makes people feel like they are in the mountains.

DONG DING OOLONG

OOLONG TEA

Dongding Oolong Tea, commonly known as Dongding Oolong Tea, is a very well-known tea in Taiwan. The name of Dongding Oolong Tea comes from the "Dongding Mountain" in Lugu where it is produced and the tea variety "Chin-shin Oolong". It is mainly produced in Lugu Township, Nantou County, Taiwan. It is a semi-fermented tea made from the tea greens of Chin-shin Oolong. Typical Dongding Oolong tea is characterized by mellow throat rhyme, foam resistance and long-lasting strong aftertaste!

This is a Japanese-style oolong tea. Roasted brown rice is added to fresh oolong tea. The freshness and the irritating fire-sweet aroma of the roasted brown rice intertwine to create a comfortable sense of balance. ALISHAN HONEY BLACK

BLACK TEA

Alishan Honey Fragrance Black Tea is made from Taiwan Tea No. 12 tea leaves. During the growth of the tea tree, the green leaves are sucked by the small green leafhoppers, causing natural chemical changes in the tea leaves, and exuding a natural honey-sweet taste, which is traditionally called "Zhuo" (in Southern Hokkien). Coupled with the good weather, Master's unique tea making method gives it a natural fruity and honey aroma. When brewing, the rich tea fragrance wafts away, and the taste is sweet and smooth.
